Trying to get emergency seizure medication filled since the script expired and the doctors office is being very rude and unhelpful. Straight up told us not to call back. But is not figuring out anything themselves. I am frustrated and beyond belief. My insurance care coordinator couldn't even get ahold of the office. After Christus took over, I have gotten nothing but bad experience and will have to change neurologist/epilepsy care because I have to worry about my seizure medication care. This is not acceptable. Can't get a damn person to answer a phone. 2 hours on hold is ridiculous. I dont live in the damn town. No excuse, do better or drop your licenses. That easy. You can't do your job, others can.
