Zero communication and super unprofessional. Scheduled the initial assessment with their intake coordinator. Someone from the center called me and asked me to reschedule, and seemed annoyed when I asked why. Rescheduled the assessment. Then, I get an email reminder of the assessment for the originally scheduled date. I call to see what’s going on, and the same unprofessional person from the center told me that the intake coordinator told them to keep the original date, and that she had “confirmed with the family”.
