Idk where to begin. I had hoped my granddaughter would want to go into the center and be happy. NOT, her first day was very tough on her, mom and myself. Mom decided that it wasn't what my granddaughter wanted and decided that would be her first and last day. But let me share with you the process we went through to get her there. My three-year-old son has had a wonderful experience so far. He loves putting on his backpack and going into the facility, and he’s always happy when we pick him up. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and always in a good mood. We can’t wait to see his growth and start his speech therapy!
Both of my boys attend BI and they love it! The staff is wonderful and our BCBA Caitlyn is amazing as well. My 9 year old is transitioning out soon for a more age appropriate center and I am so bummed about him starting somewhere else as he’s been at BI since he was 3.5 and has made so much progress with them. My youngest son is 4 and has been here for a year now and is progressing so much and loves coming to therapy. I like the place and the BCBA, unfortunately they start charging fines right on the first 10 minutes late $15 and then they charge even more for the next minutes. Who have an Autistic kids knows how hard can be some melt down when their emotions are out of balance and sometimes take time to calme them down my son hates to eat at the therapy he usualy eat at the car after taking him on the school before drop him at the therapy unfortunately now he isn't able to eat at the car anymore I have to deliver him right away like a pr... read more
My son loves going here, and they work with him one-on-one. The difference is evident, highly recommend.
