I've been a client at Portsmouth Behavioral Health for about 5+ years now. They have provided exceptional care, service and medication management. Dr. Kevin Johnson is a good Doctor he listen to me and the staff is very nice to me.
I appreciate all of the employees and staff that try their hardest. However, in order for me to have respect reciprocated, I had to become the typical negative black African American single mother.
