I had a very uncomfortable experience at this facility, particularly with Alexis Goodridge. After each visit, I left feeling worse than when I arrived. She repeatedly asked me the same important questions, like whether I was seeing a therapist, as if she never listened or reviewed her notes. I needed some documents signed for work, but she refused due to a blanket policy against signing work accommodations.
