I've visited this location in total about five times, and all five times they were overwhelmingly positive. All of my visits where after hours, for the urgent care part, as we can't afford to go to the ER. It was completely free, but they also genuinely cared and gave you the same respect and attention you get in an ER. The staff here have always been positive and helpful. Some of the male doctors were very nice. One of the female nurses were rude. They made me feel hopeless by mentioning being taken to a hospital every 30 minutes. Some of the male doctors are very nice though, they let me sleep in the visitation room to feel comfortable. They only offer frozen foods that caused me to throw up. Worst place to come Always taking more then 4-5 hours just to be seen . Always making excuses for the delay . Pathetic
My kid went here and the staff were cold cold cold, did not care at all and constantly misgendered my child. The social worker was wonderful, Abram, and a nurse name Laquita but the front door person, front desk and nurses seriously are suffering from compassion fatigue. They just don’t care any more. We took him home after one night. They don’t even have beds, they all have to sleep in a single large room with chars that fold out into beds. I could see this environment making depression so much worse. DO NOT GO HERE.
When your kids were sent there by sheriff and ordered by the school, it is terrible experience there. First, they never let you talk/see your kids untill you signed the paper work. The answer is always your kids did not want to talk/see your parents. It seems as kidnapping your kids, block the communication, even through phone call. When you need to know what's happened on your kids in school and need to know what's happen, they just did not let you see/talk with your kids.
