They only take walk-ins. I came in on 2pm on a Friday for an evaluation on my current medications. They told be it would be 4-5 hours . Saw one in-take nurse at hour 3 then had to wait longer after that.
Long wait
Holiday, Kory and another woman that works night shift (forget her name, but she is African American) deserve raises! They were incredibly kind and respectful. You can tell these two individuals genuinely care about what they do and helping others. This facility should recognize them for their amazing presence during what can be a scary time for those experiencing mental crisis. They ensured i was safe and comfortable. Thank you guys for making a tough situation manageable.
Is there a number for after hours I was told I could speak to my son and I keep calling and nobody picks up the phone
