My experience wasn't very good. I needed weekly therapy and I only got to once a month. Some of the providers were just out of school and inexperienced. I did love my medicine provider. She was amazing! So beautiful and elegant. I will miss her.
Working with my Therapist at BHSN was life changing. After several years working with other companies and Therapists outside of BHSN, I finally found an organization and a Therapist that helped me make the changes I needed. I would be where I am today without her help. Thank you!
I had a bad experience here in 2024: gaps in my medication prescription with refills a week late causing withdrawals. Then in 2026 I give them a second chance. At intake appointment care manager type staff said she would email me housing resources. To my absolute lack of surprise, she never did. And It's been 3 weeks since my intake and I have heard nothing from them regarding initial appointments. I just get the feeling if I don't continue to reach out, I can't trust them to arrange things in their end.
