At intake appointment care manager type staff said she would email me housing resources. To my absolute lack of surprise, she never did. And It's been 3 weeks since my intake and I have heard nothing from them regarding initial appointments. I just get the feeling if I don't continue to reach out, I can't trust them to arrange things in their end.
