Very helpful providers
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse that assist before talking to the doctor is very pleasant and easy to discuss issues with. She's very encouraging and sympathy to your needs. I love talking to Lisa before my appointment. The doctor and therapist are very good at listening and offering support and suggestions. They are available anytime you need them.
The one initial therapy session with Tatyana Poviliunas seemed to go well but after the initial consultation I did not hear from the therapist or BHSN until I personally found out that the therapist quit BHSN and moved her practice elsewhere. Subsequently, I didn't even hear from the therapist. The entire BHSN episode was of no help for me and a complete waste of time. Very disappointed, to say the least.
