It has always been a good experience for me speaking with my provider, leaving messages for prescription refills are usually ok to respond and making appointments are good but it's through Telehealth.
my kid sees sophia and she is telling me what medication she needs to be on and what doctor will send the order in for it. She told me to change doctors so i can get my kid on the correct nedication for her but im surprised its protocol for her to tell me what medication is needed shes not a medicine doctor shes suppose to be teaching behavioral coaping skills. I miss the other behavioral therapist we saw before this one she taught us useful techniques but she left the facility. Wonder why.......
It's disheartening when I'm being told by the behavior therapy Sophia that my child needs to change his medication doctor. My child has been with him for a few years and Sophia is telling me my child needs different medications and more medications. My child's doctor has done an amazing job; he has been great and he has been doing so much better. I don't appreciate her telling me this, she has cancelled appointments all the time.
