I found the school intake process to be very unorganized. They gave away my son’s spot, who was and still is highest priority at his school, without notifying me, his dad, or the school. I found the intake coordinator to be dismissive and condescending when speaking with me on the phone. Horrible communication.

I have been a patient at this office for almost three months and so has my husband. In that time, my husband got his medication almost immediately, was not required to get blood work or anything despite us being on some of the same medications, and has received proper treatment. A single mother waiting months, years to get in and arrives 15 minutes late because of the exact reasons that you're needed and you turn her and her son away DISGUSTING. When you make people wait in the waiting room or patient AND ROOMS for 30 to 55 minutes. YOUR GROSS EMBERASSING ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. NO EMPATHY NO CONSIDERATION ABSOLUTE DISGUST.

Good place for the crisis line to hang up on you. Rude, terrible phone staff. Unprofessional. Likely contribute to mental health crisis issues. If you value your health, look elsewhere.
