Too many chiefs not enough indians
I was seeing a counselor via telehealth around a year ago. I had one on boarding appointment. Then the counselor cancelled and rescheduled my second appointment. Super inconvenient but not the end of the world. I never had any appointments after that, as the counselor cancelled the third appointment. I never recieved any emails, phone calls or messages about rescheduling. They ghosted me. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn’t even waste your time going to this place. They canceled many appointments on my son then the past 3 weeks been trying to to call to get meds filled no one calls back or answers phones just kept getting answer machine. Very unprofessional wish I could give no stars
This place is the absolute worst. The front desk staff are horrendously rude and unprofessional. The doctors here just care about themselves and their paycheck. Nursing staff almost never returns calls. I went several days without medication due to their laziness. This place should absolutely be shut down forever
