It's disheartening when I'm being told by the behavior therapy Sophia that my child needs to change his medication doctor. My child has been with him for a few years and Sophia is telling me my child needs different medications and more medications. My child's doctor has done an amazing job; he has been great and he has been doing so much better. I don't appreciate her telling me this, she has cancelled appointments all the time. Very helpful providers
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse that assist before talking to the doctor is very pleasant and easy to discuss issues with. She's very encouraging and sympathy to your needs. I love talking to Lisa before my appointment. The doctor and therapist are very good at listening and offering support and suggestions. They are available anytime you need them.
The one initial therapy session with Tatyana Poviliunas seemed to go well but after the initial consultation I did not hear from the therapist or BHSN until I personally found out that the therapist quit BHSN and moved her practice elsewhere. Subsequently, I didn't even hear from the therapist. The entire BHSN episode was of no help for me and a complete waste of time. Very disappointed, to say the least.
