Update: 3/3/26 Had to come back and speak on how wonderful the cardiac rehab program is. Thank you so much Mara, Bryce, Margarita, and the two young ladies that slipped my mind! The program helps take the patients from sluggish to normalcy. They work out 2 to 3 times a week, and attend educational classes once a week. The classes are very informative, and helps you understand your new way of life, and allows you to ask questions about what’s happening with your body. The energy in the room is spectacular! My husband was recently admitted to St Catherine’s Hospital. I must say, the service was extraordinary. He went in for chest pains, and we had no idea how severe they were. The ER doctor was on top of it though, and the nurse (she had gorgeous eyes). I can’t remember their name though. I was really scared. I was going through a hard time and never been to a place like this. They helped me so much. Jennifer I believe her name was- my nurse was warm and caring. The mental health workers Taysa, Melissa, and Adam reminded me of home.
