If I could give zero stars, I would. What this place portrays over the phone is nothing like what you actually experience once you walk through the doors. At first, everything seemed fine, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but it didn’t take long to realize that patient care here is not the priority. The focus is on money, not mental health. If I could give more than 5 starts I would!! Behavioral Health Professionals and Laine have been a God send to me. I had a horrible scary season of mental health issues including anxiety and the scariest panic attacks of my entire life. After seeing Laine and her getting me on the right track months ago I have been anxiety and panic attack free. Behavioral Health cares- they listen and put you on the right track for your tailored needs. They are integral and educated in what they do. Me and my family are forever grateful!!
My step son has been seeing Elaine for 2 years now and we could not be more pleased with the care he’s received. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a compassionate provider who truly listens and cares about their patients. Thank you Behavioral Health!
Tara is absolutely the best, she makes you feel comfortable and genuinely always cares. UPDATE ::: Tara was my psychiatrist until she had to leave a few months ago unfortunately but she was the best and she always had my best interest in heart. Horrible experience. The front desk staff never answers the phone, making it extremely difficult to get in touch. It often takes weeks to get a response from Lauren ( one of the providers), which is unacceptable—especially for anyone seeking support for their mental health. The provider seemed more focused on money than actual care or follow-through. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is struggling or in need of real support.
