Horrible experience. The front desk staff never answers the phone, making it extremely difficult to get in touch. It often takes weeks to get a response from Lauren ( one of the providers), which is unacceptable—especially for anyone seeking support for their mental health. The provider seemed more focused on money than actual care or follow-through. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is struggling or in need of real support.
We have been going to Tara for almost 4 years now. We came from a terrible provider in Columbus and I was scared to even give Tara a chance but I am so thankful I did. She has helped our family tremendously. I love that the appointments are virtual. She always responds within 24 hours of emails and/or calls. I can really see and feel that she cares about my family.
Was dropped from the practice, because they made an easily avoidable mistake running Medicaid for my child, which halted a very important medication, that is dangerous to have a lapse of. I was forced to call Medicaid, myself, and solve the problem. I then reported the issue to BHP via email, and received a series of very condescending emails from Nicholas Moses, in which he not only refused to take responsibility, but dropped myself and my child from the practice after I recited almost word-for-word what was said to me. Elaine has treated / cared for me for a while now. I always feel heard and listened to. I don’t go to the office often but the times I have everyone was professional and office was nice and clean. Very pleased with my treatment and help from Elaine.
Behavioral Health Professionals is an amazing company. Tara, Jennifer, and Elaine are competent and professional providers who provide compassionate mental health care. I feel comfortable talking about my concerns. Their non-judgmental approach makes a world of difference and you can tell they actually care about what they’re doing. Elaine is a great listener who is always patient and kind. I highly recommend this facility for you and your loved ones!
