This place is a joke. I made an appointment to have a family member and stressed that is a time sensitive issue. I called and left several messages again stressing the urgency of the issue. 2 weeks have gone by with not even a call. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. This is why I have never delt with Glens Falls Hospital or affiliated practices. The time we have spent waiting, this person could could have been receiving treatment.
