If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. THIS UNIT IS A SCAM. They manipulate their patients so they can collect insurance money. Communication is all over the place. No one knows what the hell is going on. They threaten patients they will be there longer if they don’t want to take the medications. Cat or Kat was super genuine and nice. Most staff were kind on 4th FL. a couple were rude to other patients. I was trapped there for nearly 6 days. Felt like Prison. Hurt my lumbar on bed and in day room. Your every task and daily task and certain actions were heavily controlled. I never planned on being admitted due to Work Stress. That place really messed with my Head. And my 5 yr job still nearly Fired me. They kept taking more and more blood vials. My right arm is red and yellow and im in my 30s atm. Never ever again.
