My brother is a patient there and has been for a while. I've never thought good things about any methadone clinic because of all the addiction I've had to deal with in my family over the years but I have to say that the staff at BHG is so respectful and professional. They have been so compassionate and understanding when it comes to dealing with my brother and that makes me feel relieved because I know this time around in this stage of his life that he will get better. The staff has a high turnover. It seems no one wants to stay long.But, everyone is usually nice, and professional. especially, Rennie,the dosing nurse, and the front end staff,2025..Ive been going there 7 yrs ,And I've had some wonderful staff members and a few not so great ones.
I've been going there for about 3 years now and it's probably one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever been to, the parking lot is riddled with potholes there's no marked handicap parking spaces or any marked parking spaces at all. Other patients that go there socialized in the parking lot and drug dealers sell drugs in the parking lot right in front of the business. Extremely unprofessional!
I need Corporate to contact me. I have asked to speak with someone higher than Chase (the young guy running the facility) but he will not even give me another number to call. What they are doing here at this place is not right! Next will be the media if I can not speak to someone.
