All in all it isn't a terrible option if you're looking to get on methadone or Suboxone treatment and not go through a inpatient months long stay at a facility. The front end staff, particularly Denise, are the biggest redeeming qualities of this place. There is a high turnover rate regarding employees though as I've personally seen different front end staff, dosing nurses, security, and tons of counselors change in the 2 years I've been going to this location over spans of just a few weeks. High turnover rate, counselors change every 2 months, insurance fraud and corruption. Self pay has always been 15 a day or 105 a week. They were getting 200 a week from my insurance and then trying to extort 45 more a week from me as a copay. I said fine I’ll go back onto self pay and get reimbursed, was told by law they have to bill my insurance.
