High turnover rate, counselors change every 2 months, insurance fraud and corruption. Self pay has always been 15 a day or 105 a week. They were getting 200 a week from my insurance and then trying to extort 45 more a week from me as a copay. I said fine I’ll go back onto self pay and get reimbursed, was told by law they have to bill my insurance. My brother is a patient there and has been for a while. I've never thought good things about any methadone clinic because of all the addiction I've had to deal with in my family over the years but I have to say that the staff at BHG is so respectful and professional. They have been so compassionate and understanding when it comes to dealing with my brother and that makes me feel relieved because I know this time around in this stage of his life that he will get better. The staff has a high turnover. It seems no one wants to stay long.But, everyone is usually nice, and professional. especially, Rennie,the dosing nurse, and the front end staff,2025..Ive been going there 7 yrs ,And I've had some wonderful staff members and a few not so great ones.

I've been going there for about 3 years now and it's probably one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever been to, the parking lot is riddled with potholes there's no marked handicap parking spaces or any marked parking spaces at all. Other patients that go there socialized in the parking lot and drug dealers sell drugs in the parking lot right in front of the business. Extremely unprofessional!
