Peggy, the woman on the after hours line is absolutely disrespectful. She cares more about getting off the phone than she does about helping anyone. She’s not able to help you with anything except call back tomorrow. I have no idea what you’re paying her for. Absolute joke
This was my initial review, but keep reading as it has changed Like many of the others say, this place used to be great. If I could realistically go anywhere else, I would. Disappointing that patients have zero choice in their care and get stuck with a bunch of employees half heartedly doing their jobs. All the accountability is on the patient and none is on the staff so if your relationship with them reminds you of the relationship you had with your last dope dealer, know that isn’t a mistake.
