While I am sure there are great therapists at this facility, the therapist I saw left me with more trauma than I originally came with and greatly set me back in my recovery. Sure wish I could get my 4k back as I paid for predatory manipulation resulting in increased anxiety and depression that will likely last a lifetime. Nothing can make this situation better, but I hope the facility uses a more stringent hiring process in the future. The star is for the pleasant front desk girl.

Ryan has really helped me through the hardest time in my life. If it wasn’t for him, I feel like I’d have never gotten over the trauma I’ve experienced. He’s professional while not being overly clinical. He really knows how to help people open up and let go of the negativity in their life. I've been meeting with one of the counselors at BHCC for a couple of months now and I wish I had sought counseling years ago! My experience has been so much better and so much more helpful than I ever thought it would be. I felt immediately comfortable and was given helpful tools to apply in daily life. I also appreciate that my feedback on sessions and recommended tools/resources is requested weekly. Overall, the counseling sessions are wonderful but, when it comes to the transparency of their Office operations it is subpar to say the least. I initially went into the office to begin counseling knowing that I had met my out-of-pocket maximum for the year therefore, I shouldn't have had to pay anything but, their system apparently was behind in retrieving this information therefore, I paid a deductible but, I was assured that once the claim was processed I would be refunded any moneys owed to me.
