The owner is Ashanda Tarry Eastmond. She is extremely unprofessional and she operates out of her home in Brooklyn, NY. Her follow through is abhorrent. If you are seeking Life Coach Services, DO NOT use Ashanda Tarry Eastmond.
This office has zero communication skills. They don't respond to emails. They never answer the phones. I spoke with one person to change a time of an appointment, and was then called while on the way to the appointment with them asking where we were!? At one point I thought I must be talking to 2 different places, but nope, they just have zero communication!
Don’t even waste your time with this place. They insisted I complete an hour’s worth of paperwork before the appointment, and even asked for my credit card number in advance. Then they stood me up at appointment time. No explanation given. Completely unprofessional, I’d give them zero stars if I could.
