If I could rate this hellhole -10 stars, I would. I give it a 1-star because there was exactly ONE competent person on the staff. My daughter was treated abominably here--we were lured in by the "promise" of treatment for mental health. Not true--this is REHAB for alcoholics and drug addiction. My daughter is neither and was seeking help for autism and PTSD. If you are seeking real menatl health help, avoid this place at ALL COSTS! That reminds me--they totally ripped us off financially. I finally got to a place where the staff really cared with the nursing staff the techs the cooks everyone first time I really feel like I have a chance at this recovery thing lessons. I learned there I’ll take with me forever. Definitely a great place.
Terrible company, management, ownership. They could care less about the people they “serve”. All they are concerned about is a dollar bill. Do not send your loved one here.
Behavioral Health Centers has been very accommodating to my family’s needs. Their facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff at all levels were responsive and professional. I had no problems utilizing my insurance plan. Please contact them if you need this type of assistance as they will surely provide great care.
Behavioral Health Centers saved my life! This technition staff was above and beyond helpful. They will go out of their way to ensure that all client needs were being met. There is around the clock access to nursing personal that work to ensure that your medication and health needs come first. They have outings to the beach. You get to go to the gym.
