Referred to them by my EAP. I called, as advised, and the phone was answered unprofessionally. I tried to explain why I was calling and was met with confusion, redirection, a dog barking so loud I had to move the phone away from my head, and was told, for good measure, that I was talking too fast. Like I have the bandwidth to deal with this if I'm going through EAP. Sheesh
I love how quickly I could be brought in for an appointment that works for my schedule!!
