I tried getting my son therapy through here and at first the technician was nice on time every day then she started getting comfortable with telling me I need to beat my son and she had him by his wrist holding him almost off his feet when I heard her screaming at my son that was a eye opener then she came late a lot if she showed up at all expecting me to sign for her. My opinion on this place is that they have no experienced technicians all they seem to have is young people who have no idea what they are doing and only have very minimal training. Upper management seems to read from a script and don't give any solution to problems. After a year plus of trying to get therapy for my son. . 5 different techs I finally realized that this business is just billing insurance not actually helping children
