Behavioral Focus is not a place to do business with if you expect your medical professionals to have exceptional communication and organizational skills. I am only giving this place a 2 because of the amazing RBTs. The communication, organization, and scheduling is the absolute worst. Requesting a consistent schedule never happens. Always scrambling to text someone to make sure we still have services. Lack of communication when reassessments need to be done and then you lose services. The individuals working there is Not the issue. It is the Owner Trube Miller. My friend requested a in person meeting to address her concerns. Some of her concerns were lack of communication, last minute service cancellation and others. Dr Miller, declined a face to face and terminated services for my friend’s 6yr old son. I believe a person that chooses a profession to help children, should have compassion for those children. Would NOT recommend this business.
My son was receiving services and then Trube suddenly cut my services off because she said insurance wasn't paying her. I relies on these services and couldn't be more disappointed! Let's not mention inconsistent schedules!
Behavioral Focus LLC has issues keeping promises to their clients. When you are issued a certain amount of hours a week they can not accommodate the services. Their money issues spill over onto the client's. We were sent emails asking us to pray for the company as the owner can not substain the growth of the company, along with any monetary, and/or insurance issues that arise.
