Be very cautious with their billing. Prior to my appointment, I was quoted approximately $235 all-in, only to end up with surprise charges totaling nearly $1,100. Even after navigating the insurance appeal process, I was left responsible for the massive difference. The lack of accurate cost estimates and administrative transparency was very disappointing. Make sure to get every price quote in writing before scheduling.

Update: Disappointed with their edited response. I saw Anne Wilson. I have paperwork that came from Kent Little. So if they didn’t find me in their paperwork I’m even more concerned now about my diagnosis. Initial intake was fine. Overall analysis was fine, but I would have liked a more in-depth feedback session (need more time to mull over results first). Unfortunately, I have been left with more questions than answers. I can’t even put into words the level of appreciation I have for this location and its staff. My experience has been phenomenal! I’ve run into many “here’s your scores, heres what the computer says, here’s your label” kind of places, this was absolutely not one of them.
