Zero stars. They are a complete scam. Highly unprofessional and took our money without our permission. Also created a patient portal and said that we still owe them money. Billing department sent us a text message instead of calling us and has refused to speak to us on the phone to assist us. Horrible experience here. I regret ever reaching out.
Danielle Torres came HIGHLY rec from a family member and we are beyond grateful for her. She is genuine, compassionate, she understands many point of views, and isn't afraid to be upfront and honest. After taking significant time to locate a therapist within my insurance benefits that had availability during times that will work with our busy schedule and made time before work on a Sunday for the first appointment? How did it go? It didn't. I was canceled on by the therapist the morning of appointment via email because I didn't input credit card information during the pre registration process.
