Sort of appalled by the rudeness of some people here. It’s a mix of amazing and helpful people but idk who I just got off the phone with but she was extremely dismissive, rude, and accusatory in tone.
I never had support like this before. It's nice.
I have been going to Harbor behavioral health for psychiatric care and I even started out going there for therapy. It has been the most life-changing and wonderful/painful/tear filled/confusing, but ultimately hopeful experience I have ever had. They are changing my life. Sarah Bailey was my psychiatrist right after my psychosis and she was with me for the past two years. She helped me learn to walk and was there for me every time I had a crisis. I went to them for awhile and the communication with the clients is horrible. Firstly I started off with one therapist, she had left and no one from harbor had contacted me to get me with a new therapist. So when I called to schedule an apt and when they asked my therapists name and I said *blank* the person told me "there is no one here with that name" and I was like "okay...
