The staff is great and there helpful and friendly and Dr. Zick it the best psychiatrist!
Too hard to get ahold of the dr when I call it's a headache to get done cause they don't call back in time it's been two days ago I'm still waiting for phone call back to get my meds why is that? Makes me wanna walk away from the meds and not take em and stay untreated I guess til you make the call and do your job I guess
It's been 3 or 4 months since Sara Bailey left they still haven't sent me to a new therapist and the new case Manager they put me with I don't like
My psych provider left and didn’t send my meds in. The nurse scheduled me telehealth with someone new since that’s what I’ve always done and the day of they called to cancel me because I need to be in person. This was a couple hours before my appointment while I’m at work and can’t leave. No provider will send the meds in until seeing me even though I’ve been on them for over a year. Absolutely WILD they won’t fill until I can be seen because of THEIR several mistakes.
Therapist is amazing and awesome staff are definitely not rude. Atleast not to me or my dad n d mom.
