I had a terrible experience with Behavior Associates (BA) -- and their billing and scheduling platform, Headway. BA assured me they took my insurance, scheduled a mandatory intake, and then assigned me a therapist, and we began sessions. Only later did they say my insurance didn't cover their services, but that I could pay out of pocket.
