I do not recommend this organization for behavior therapy services due to several ongoing issues that significantly impacted our experience. The staff assigned to us were mostly inexperienced and lacked the appropriate training to handle our child’s needs effectively. Scheduling was extremely inflexible, and any request for minor accommodations was met with resistance. The clinical supervisor, Nicole Castagno, was particularly unprofessional and dismissive.
