As someone who has worked with Behavior Frontiers for a little over a year, I have found them to be a reliable service with supervisors and BTs that are willing to put effort towards their clients and to focus on each kiddos unique needs. During my time at the company, supervisors and schedulers were fairly quick to respond to questions and concerns and most issues were given resolutions in a timely manner.
