If my daughter did not love her her BT I would definitely change ABA services. There is a lot of favoritism with the staff and they pick and choose which children's hours will be cut during different situations. The owner is not professional and does not know how to run a business. They require clients to give a 2 hour notice if your child will not be attending that day but thinks it is ok to give parents only an hour notice if they need to cancel for any reason. I should have written this review a long time ago, but everyone here is amazing. Olivia and Suzanne have been amazing with our daughter. Santi and Ed have been such an great resource and so knowledgeable. I would give more shout outs if I remembered more names (that is 100% on me). Everyone here has been so great I cannot recommend this place enough if you have a child with special needs.
