Do not use this person. Thomina is a liar. She changed my meds and fired me as a patient with zero referrals because I'm fully disabled. She doesn't listen, she doesn't care and she's a liar. Said she would see in me two months and that I'd have no problem getting a referral. She abandoned me and she will you at any time in your treatment. Don't waste your time.
