Very disappointed in the firm and TomProfy. After of months of planning and 13k in fees I got no where. The plan that he lined out was never brought up in court and he advised me to take a settlement. Well 90 days later no settlement and no money to carry on my case. I feel very very left in the cold. Please look elsewhere for your needs. Enough said but there is more I do appreciate your response but when we went to court we didn't present our case as we planned. Chris Simcox has been our attorney for years for family/custody matters. I live out of state but have, on very few occasions, been in the courthouse in PA. Chris really fights hard for us. She acts and looks very professional.
