My wife and I had reciprocal IVF at BeginningsACU - private treatment (not NHS) - a lot of research went into choosing which clinic we went with. I was very pleased to see that Beginnings offered a reciprocal IVF package (something that we struggled to find as a same sex couple). The price was reasonable. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and we were confident that they had our interests at the centre of our discussions - Dr Kimmee, Nurse Claire and Mrs Croucher in particular made sure that we were supported at all ... read more

We're a same sex couple who went through private IVF treatment. The team at Beginnings are so welcoming, knew us by name and took the time to explain things in detail. A special thanks to Nicola, Dr Kimmee and Nurse Claire for being so kind and always making us feel comfortable. We are forever grateful.

I am very disappointed with this service. Initially, they agreed to start the treatment after acknowledging our condition and then changed the story. The consultation fee is quite high compared to other service providers, and their service is pointless. The doctor and the staff were very rude and not supportive in any aspect. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone with an emotiona... read more

We cannot thank the team at Beginnings enough for their incredible support throughout our IVF journey. From the very first consultation, we felt welcomed, understood, and supported every step of the way. All of the team are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The clinic itself is warm and welcoming, and we always felt that we were in the best hands. The level of care we received exceeded our expectations, and we are forever grateful for the compassion ... read more

Not enough praise can be given to the whole team! Through our time with the department we were treated with amazing care and attention. They were there anytime my wife and I needed them and could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!
