We just moved to Niwot and discovered this gem of a gym. The instructors are so competent and excellent. They not only provide great instruction and helpful accommodations for injuries, but they have created a great and vibrant community of welcoming women! I love the diversity of work-outs! Great for all levels!

Love this little studio right in downtown Niwot! What a gem- friendly and welcoming, but serious fitness. So much easier than the big box gyms.
