I can’t recommend Renee highly enough. From the very beginning of my ADHD and ASD assessment process, she made me feel genuinely heard, understood and comfortable. I’ve been to a fair few therapists and wasn’t able to build a solid relationship with them. Found begin again and Allira has helped me get further with my mental health than anyone else so far.

The admin staff were friendly and supportive, but my experience with my clinician was disappointing. Despite advertising herself as trauma-informed with extensive training in EMDR, IFS, CPTSD, and attachment trauma, her approach was not trauma-informed in practice. Allira's approach was not collaborative and she would minimise my experience by redirecting fault onto me.

From the first session I realized a huge difference in Nicole's approach . She helped me focus on my concerns and break them down and show how they are all related. I’ve seen and felt a huge difference and shift in the way I do things, my thought processes and confidence.
