***SCAM ALERT BEWARE*** Paul Beggs needs his law license revoked immediately! I contacted Paul about a case in Bay County. He asked for a retainer so he was paid the amount he requested as he talked a big game. Unfortunately, he is just a con man and lied about everything. Once he took our money he did not file any motions and did not attend any hearings on our case which led to a $100,000 default judgement! He has avoided our calls and emails. He is a con man and fraud. Take your money and run before he does!

takes to long to get anywhere. sits on your file. Tells you repeatedly you either have court, date comes to go and tell you it has been cancelled or rescheduled. call courts, never once was there a date on record. tells you there has been motions, tells you weeks that turned months that he will email it. nothing. he's very hard to get ahold of. almost never calls ya back. if you are lucky enough to get him on phone he answers long enough to give you an excuse, or ask if he can call you in 20 m. never does.

I do not. I been on him 24 months to get back into court. I've got on a handful of calls from him. usually him telling me he will call back. he never does. he repeadily yold me I had court dates and I've gone so far as to drive the 5 hours to baycity just to be told it was cancelled. when I started to call court to see about cancellation of dates. come to find out ALL the dates I've been given have never even put in a docket. meaning there was never a date. on any cancelled. Paul is doing my Divorce and has done everything I need him to do. I like that he calls me back in the evening as i work during the day. Very helpful.

I have asked Paul to review and write several documents for my business. His firm has always followed through, made the documents stronger than they were before, and provided thoughtful council that has helped us avoid conflict in most cases. When faced with unavoidable conflict, Paul has also helped us reach a reasonable solution. He has always fought hard for us.

Mr.Beggs was my late father's attorney and any attorney that could deal with that man in a professional way will always have my respect. Mr Beggs did what he said he would even throughout a very long drawn out case. My dad made numerous calls to Pauls office and he always received a call back from Paul himself.
