I ordered a large thin crust pizza through Uber Eats and the dough was thick and raw underneath the cheese. When I reach out to Beggars and explain the issue and request a refund, the manager said that’s the way they make their pizzas (thin crust is thick). And told me to take my complaint to Uber Eats, she couldn’t help me. I asked, how would Uber Eats be responsible for the quality of your product? She replied, because you ordered through a 3rd party.
