Stopped by on our rt 66 trip to Chicago. Pizza & service was FANTASTIC. But our highlight was our server Mike who went above & beyond to help us find a hotel for the night when the whole area was sold out. Great server & top notch human.
We stopped in Beggar's Pizza Bolingbrook for Pizza tonight. We really love the ambiance of the piano playing in the background. Sounds like a real piano. Thanks to Michael for taking our order in advance of dining in. Special thanks to our server, Adriana keep up the great job.
Avoid this place. Went in to order a hamburger bowl and the receptionist had no idea what that was. She had to go ask the kitchen staff, then finally had to get the manager just to take my order — already a bad sign before I’d even ordered. When the manager rang it up, the price came out to $15 instead of the $12 listed on the menu. I asked why, and he first said “taxes.” I pushed back because there’s no way tax alone accounts for a $6 difference.
