Here’s the timeline of what just happened to me tonight: 1. Placed order online at 6:49pm, 1 pizza 2 appetizers 2. Asked to have it ready at 8:15, quotes 8:10pm-8:20pm, pay online with card 3. Get to store at 8:30pm, give waitress information, get told that she couldn’t find my order, so I show her the receipt email, and she says ‘oh ok how are you paying?’ Inform her I already paid, so she goes to the back and says ‘your pizza will be ready in 7 minutes’ 4. walk out of the store with my order at 8:55pm I wasn’t the only per... read more
