Caring and attentive service from the reception staff to the vets. My dog was very well cared for.
If you're living in poverty or using financial assistance such as Centrepay, don't expect to be treated with dignity here. I was loudly questioned in front of other customers about how much I could afford to pay, including "ONLY $50?!" and "HOW MUCH CAN YOU AFFORD TO PAY PER FORTNIGHT?!" Took our dog Kevin to Bega valley vet’s couple of weeks ago too get his nails clipped as he was favouring his front left leg and always chewing a nail on that paw. We were charged $60.50 which I thought was very reasonable. We were told that it would be better to have him sedated next time. My guess is that he put up a struggle which I understand. For 6 years I have been getting two Main Coons clipped under sedation for $170 from Moruya Vet. Bega Vet thinks it is appropriate to charge $550 for the exact same service. This isn’t a full clip. We literally had 5 matts removed. The nurses and staff were great and they treated the animals with the care they deserve. As have Moruya Vet staff for years. Amazing Team, Everyone was incredibly organised, helpful and kind. Nicki helped us so much over the phone when we had a kitten covered with Ticks. Sarah and Gale were so helpful with the Tick removal. You all are doing an incredible job. Thank you so much
