We were away on holidays over the Easter weekend when our dog injured her leg badly. With everything closed due to the public holiday, we were feeling helpless—until we found this vet. They had an emergency number listed, and I was able to speak to someone who was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us clear advice on what to do until we could get our dog seen. Our personal experience was absolutely beautiful, from first contact at making appointment to have our special fur baby having his Angel's wings while travelling along way from home, to arriving at the surgery where we were provided a private room to share our last moments with our boy. The whole team showed empathy, respect and explained what was to happen and what could happen . Never at any stage where we rushed . I always found these guys to be quite compassionate and understanding, and when it came to a massive unexpected bill they would always help to sort something out. My appreciation for them has grown exponentially since having to leave the area and deal with other vets that will literally allow your animal to die if u cant produce 450 up front just to have your pet looked at and then upwards of 1k to treat them. Bega pets are actually there to help your pets, not just money hungry grubs
So very thankful for the emergency treatment and surgery for our little fella Dillon after he was run over late Saturday afternoon. He is recovering after a 3 hour surgery. Can't thank the team that worked on him enough. Forever grateful for your care. ♥️♥️
