A huge thank you to Lyndon and his team at Bega Valley Automotive for replacing our infotainment unit. The receptionist was extremely professional and on top of things despite juggling the phone and multiple customers. I have purchased my third Subaru from Bega Valley Auto. Why? Their sales staff want to sell you the vehicle not just take an order. They have excellent knowledge about the vehicles they sell. The after sales service is also excellent and the staff very friendly. I reviewed four manufactures and BVA came in number 1.
We purchased a Subaru Forester Hybrid from Isabella not that long ago. Isabella was excellent in providing her expertise on the vehicle & was very proactive in her communication with us through the whole experience. Isabella was very friendly & highly professional during the whole time we dealt with her. Isabella was the main reason we purchased the vehicle through Bega Valley Automotive. We would highly recommend Isabella should the purchase of a new vehicle is being considered.
We had a fantastic experience with Chelsea and Hugo. They were both friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. They went above and beyond to source our new car from interstate, which meant we didn’t have to wait long for delivery. We really appreciated their excellent communication and customer service, and would happily recommend them to others.
