Customer service at reception was great with Harri but overall would not return for service again of my Hyundai....car returned smelling of fuel and oil spilt over engine cover, driver seat etc...Sadly option in regional areas are limited but I will bookin Sydney or Canberra for next service. Also a warranty repair of back window motor, I mentioned when I went back for service....the window was fixed but now door dosnt close like it should and there is a rattle and just noticed why....maybe the next service department somewh... read more
Delighted with the car. Staff were very patient with someone who took a long time to make up their mind. No pressure, friendly and helpful. Overall very happy.
Backstory: I’m looking at buying or leasing a new car. My employer is also keen on purchasing 2-3 of the same vehicle for the business. I want in to get a quote from Bega Hyundai. Firstly, the office is in a completely different building, and there are no sales reps in the courtyard greeting customers - I genuinely thought it was closed. Finally I was attended to.
