Could you please try and grade your eggs more carefully? This is crazy. One was nearly double the size and the remainder weren’t even remotely standardized. Nothing the matter with the product. It just makes it impossible to use these eggs when baking where precision in measuring is paramount.
Bought a carton from woolworths and the next day when making a quiche cracked an off egg into the mix and had to discard the batch. I wasnt real happy given the premium price.

A wonderful day learning about pasture raised, free range eggs. One of the only such farms in the country able to produce this amazing quality of eggs.
I love Bega Valley Eggs! It is fantastic being able to receive our eggs on the doorstep and then tuck them away in our second fridge for easy access. The eggs are delicious, the yolks are big and a rich yellow colour, and there are several sizes for various cooking adventures.
