We stayed at Bega Motor Inn last week as a group of 10 people during our holiday, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The condition of the rooms was far below acceptable standards. In our room, the bedsheets had clearly not been changed — we found multiple strands of hair on the sheets, and there were visible stains on the bed cover, which was extremely off-putting which made it very clear that the bedding had not been properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. Disgusting experience. I found bed bugs in the bed, and it was clear the bed and covers hadn’t been cleaned at all. Sheets were dirty and smelled bad. Totally unacceptable hygiene standards. This place is unsafe and poorly maintained. I would never recommend staying here.
Service over there was really poor. Experience was really bad according to the paid money.
We stayed for 1 night on long weekend.The location is located at near by market. and room was very spacious.but there are areas for improvements- * linen hasn’t been changed for one of our family room , found key rings , dirty stain and hair. * dirty food trays inside family room. *my friends who has stayed in room 25 &26 they found bed bugs. *the customer service is very pathetic. Stayed here after breaking down just out of town. The owners were extremely helpful in getting us a really nice room. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms clean. The owners went so far out of their way to get us to the airport when no taxi's were operating. If you want to support generous people who prioritise helping others and the community, look no further than the Bega Downs Motor Inn. 10/10
