I’ve been taking my dog here for 8+ years, switching locations with them. Never had an issue with timeliness and we had maintenance going on at my house that day so I called and told them I’d be about 30 min late and I got there only 16 minutes late, but they refuse to take my dog. After some arguing, Megan and her manager said that they’re fine losing a customer saying “We wish Ms Bella good luck somewhere else.” This is agitating considering the circumstances and how long we have been loyal customers.

I’ve been coming here for 4+ years and they always do a nice job. HOWEVER, recently they’ve decided to ditch the folks who answer phones and jerk you around on an automated system. It takes 53 seconds minimum for you to even ring the phone. Then, they will NEVER answer. You have to leave a vm and they will call you back the next day, maybe. One of the reasons why I was coming here was that yall were local, and you would always answer the phone. Our favorite place for our dogs! 2 Australian shepherds (older sister, younger brother) years now & never an issue! Shelby is very picky with groomers, but she fell in love with Johnathan, who is a fantastic groomer & dog person, so that's a win! Auggie is not too picky, but it is wonderful to have both dogs at the same location at the same time, being groomed by talented groomers....PLUS, The price point is quite lovely, another win! 100% out of 100%! Absolutely, Unequivocally, highly recommend!! Xoxo
