I booked an appt with this place and arrived at 10am, when it says they open, the door was locked and it appeared no one was inside. I then called 7 times, no answer. I waited around for about 15 minutes and called a few more times and no answer and no one ever arrived. I had to find another appointment somewhere else. This was so distasteful. So many of my friends recommended this place to me. However, I left this place in tears. I’m aware that I scheduled my 4D scan at 32 weeks with twins which can be pretty late, but I never have felt so rushed and dismissed. We walked in and were greeted by a woman with dark hair, and it seemed like she was pretty miserable today. We go back, she spends maybe 10 minutes trying to see if the babies would turn since they were facing my back. She barely spoke, definitely seemed to be “annoyed”. I didn’t love this. We felt really rushed. The technician repeatedly shook my belly aggressively to get the baby to move his hand so we could see his face. I understand why she did it, and it didn’t hurt and I’m certain it was safe, but to do that while the baby was projected on the screen, for my whole family to see, kind of scared everyone. Such a special experience coming here and being able to bring family & friends! Second pregnancy coming to Before We Meet, and my 10 month old got to see his future baby brother 🥰 The technicians are so personable, kind, make you feel comfortable and always try their best to get the most clear pictures. Highly recommend to everyone!

Had a great experience at before we meet. The office was intimate and quiet. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The tech did everything she could to get great pictures of my little one and did not rush. I would recommend them to any expecting parents!!!
