BEST turn-key, ready to move in homes I've seen in the 50-70k range. I Looked at a new Oakwood home that was Advertised for 69k. When I got there, I was shown absolutely the most basic Model on the lot, with no appliances, and with Financing and Set-up, etc., I was looking at almost 6 figures. I've looked at 4 of Mr. Hills homes since 2017, and every one of them was the best of the best, everything was customized to a degree I've never seen in Mobile homes, Only in houses. bought a home from the owner, Ben Hill in May 2023. i love it!. ben and his crew are very polite, cordial, honest, and knowledgeable. they did better work then all the contractors i called and it cost me half the price!!. These guys are great, i got a home that is better then a new mobile home without breaking the bank.!!
