Went to Before It Melts on October 22. Place appears to be open, lights are on. Customers waiting / looking to purchase ice cream. Nobody at the windows. Waited a few minutes. Then left. Disappointing !!!
This is ridiculous: if you pay by credit card, the way the machine is set up forces you to leave a tip
They took away their only non dairy milkshake / ice cream option - the Oreo oat. And no - SORBET is not the same thing.
This place is amazing! I don't know why it's only 4.2 stars. The girl who helped us was really nice. It was my son's birthday last weekend, and we stopped by this ice cream shop to try it for the first time. It was so good. My son had the birthday cake ice cream or happy birthday ice cream, whichever it was, but he loved it and said it was really good.
