Michelle is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate how careful and focused she is with each client- no matter what the age or fitness level.
I can’t say enough about Michele She’s a dedicated professional Who has enriched and encouraged my life . After my hip replacement surgery she encourage me to use my new hip to feel better about myself. I always leave her gym feeling 100% better than when I walked in!
