One of the instructors is quite rude and will not help you unless you are one of her favorites. There was a more advanced student in the class who seems like a regular, and the instructor was busy providing individualized instruction for much of the class. It hard to follow what she was saying because instead of demoing the movements herself, she's sitting by this one student & talking them through specific modifications. I was a loyal gym goer here for over 4 years! They have friendly staff, great classes, inclusive spaces for experienced and newcomers alike, and best of all a strong community. Cant recommend this place enough if you want a local, friendly spot to build fitness into your daily life. You can tell immediately why people love coming back! Very sad to be leaving and if they ever open new locations in Brooklyn, I will be their first customer!

I’ve been going to this gym for about 6 months now — It’s so nice to be able to have a local gym that provides such a lovely community aspect. All classes are super fun but my all time favorite has to be Tabata with Yael. I feel and see myself getting stronger every time I take her class and it’s the first time I’ve ever thought working out was FUN. Yael and the other participants are so nice and welcoming, exactly what you want from a gym and workout class. Work hard play hard!!!
