I purchased the Dual Function Leg Extension / Leg Curl Machine from Benefitnow and we’re loving it! It’s been great for the whole family and truly feels like commercial gym quality. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were clear, and I was able to put it together myself without any issues. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a durable, high-quality machine for their home gym.
But mine 16 weeks ago still don’t have it. They don’t keep you informed and they have lots of excuses. I hope the equipment is better than their customer service.
I was shocked at the amazing quality! Thick steel, solid construction and so many exercise options on the Relentless Smith Machine. The instructions weren’t great and there were a couple bolts missing, but a trip to Home Depot fixed that. You’ll need help setting it up. Definitely a two strong person job. Overall, I’m super impressed and trust that this equipment will last for many years to come.
Competitively priced, fast delivery, and worked with me to get it delivered when I was available! Very happy with the product! Definitely recommend.
Super helpful texts/emails, I’m currently dealing with a shipping issue with one order however with the communication of befitnow I have zero worries for the end result which should speak volumes of a company like this. Above and beyond, hands down making more orders in the future.
