All the equipment I’ve bought from here is incredible! I had to replace an adjustable dumbbell, the workers had to order a new one which was due to arrive in a week but Shelby was incredibly helpful and replaced mine with an extra dumbbell she had at home. Mutaz was incredibly helpful as well and I am very happy with their service and professionalism as well as the service when I had originally purchased my equipment! I would definitely recommend Befitnow!

Worst customer service I’ve probably ever experienced. Finally getting my products 6 months after I ordered them. Every time I talked to a rep it was a different story. Will not order from here again

I had a broken cable on my leg extension/curl machine, the part was replaced free of charge. No questions asked, no proof of purchase, just the model so the correct part was sent. Amazing customer service. I’ll definitely buy my next piece from them. Thank you, Shavanique.

worst sales experience ever Jesse Hryniuk made this the worst attempted purchase ever. To the point ill be buying from another company as if this is how the service is pre sale i cant imagine how horrible it would be post sale. Highly recommend buying from a reputable company instead
