I didnt have the best experience initially, with the advertised 5-8 day delivery I was atlrase hoping it would arrive within 2 weeks, however 6 weeks later it finally arrived, I put it together and the safety sensor had broken pieces that needed to be replaced before it would work. This T80 massage chair is good. My family loves it. Befitnow has picked a good manufacturer. The AI voice control in English is very good. It's easy to use. The AI voice control in Chinese (Mandarin) doesn'T work. So far, there is no major problem. Park Gene
*Update* The order is under my wife's name as this was a birthday present to myself. I thought you would have remembered our situation...maybe you have too many of these similar issues with other upset customers? I wouldn't be surprised. Original review - I bought a home gym recently and began having some pulley issues with the cable ended up getting stripped. Their "lifetime warranty" is ONLY on parts and does NOT include labor...you will still need to pay out of pocket to have these parts installed and that's missing from ... read more
