I was very impressed that the chair came completely assembled. The delivery drivers put it right into my livingroom. The chair is comfortable and quiet however a little awkward for a short person to get in and out of. Customer service is fantastic with this company and I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a high-quality Smith machine with great functionality, I highly recommend this one.
Squat rack is sturdy and works great. Shipping was speedy. Overall a great product and company. Only suggestion I would have is a little more detail or wording for the installation instructions. Other than that a solid product.
