As always a thorough and detailed appointment.
First, I find them to be well organized and efficient. There has rarely been an extended waiting time for my visit to start. Today, [March 21/23], was teeth cleaning ... the equipment is modern; all support implements are clean; the instruments used for cleaning were in a sterile package, opened just prior to beginning. It's hard to carry on a conversation when your mouth is full of equipment pieces, etc., but before and after, the clinic personnel are friendly and easy to talk to.
