Went for my first smear today and had the pleasure of meeting Karen. She was great, very attentive and reassuring. She guided me through the process and with her kind caring approach I felt safe and comfortable, she even encouraged me how important the procedure is, despite being nervous at the start I left feeling that I had done the right thing! Thank you, Karen.
The most disgusting experience with this Surgery. My son had to be taken to a private GP to just get tested for his allergies. It showed he had an allergy to “Cows milk”, the althera prescribed has cows milk protein. I provided the Letter from private GP, informing them he cannot have that formula, hoping it will speed up the process. I requested for the Alfamino brand, I spoke to many admin staff and they all gave different responses. They lack in basic understanding & are very unprofessional. I would like to give a zero star but unfortunately I have to pick atleast 1 star, the staff is trained to be rude to customers especially Julie! I have never been with a surgery where they make you feel like you a suspect of some what crime, they talk you like garbage, they have no sympathy for you or your family they always try to fob us off to a phamarcy or online service, we pay tax we have rights but they make us feel like we are asking for a hand out of some what, each time we call they always find a way to not give us ... read more
