Unhappy and IMO, worst customer service in a long time. We were not happy with the service (still had pests, even more than before) so we cancelled. We paid for that first service in full. And, for the cancellation of the next 3 treatments into 2021, we are being charged $111.87 as a service fee, for something we did not use! Read carefully, they charge even when they do not service your home or business. I wish I could give no "stars" but you have to select at least one to post this.
Fast and effective service. I employed their services to treat a colony of yellowjacket bees. Bees were gone in just a couple of hours and now 2 weeks later, no signs of them. Thank you!
